These events give something different, as they appeal to the whole family – both young and old.  They’re relatively easy to organise too!  Why not include dinner in the ticket price (e.g. fish & chip supper), to increase the perceived value and allow people to make the whole evening out of it.  Don’t forget to get a good compere, to ensure the evening runs smoothly.  Again, running your own bar will increase your profits substantially, if you have the option to.
